Spies from General Hospital Recognize that although it has been a while since we last saw Jordan Ashford, she is still alive. We haven’t forgotten about this tough cookie’s absence during Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) health crisis, even though she has been busy with her new job as Acting Mayor. Therefore, it comes as a surprise to us to learn that she will soon return to the scene to assist Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Will Jordan use her new position to defend Anna from harm or will she work with her BFF to find the fugitive sniper? In any case, we can’t wait to see Jordan back in action; we just hope that as she crosses paths with Anna, she doesn’t end up getting involved in her mess.

The Metro Court pool shooting is just one illustration of Port Charles’ risky way of life. Risk is nothing new to this city. Curtis might have been unintentionally hit by a ricochet bullet, but it’s still unclear who the real target was. Sonny, who is frequently targeted in assassination attempts, is understandably worried that he might have been the target. Anna has a good reason to believe that the shooter targeted her specifically, though. Could it be a WSB employee? Perhaps a former enemy seeking retaliation? After the truth about her past was revealed and the organization as a whole was damaged, perhaps the Bureau could have dispatched someone to kill her.
GH Spoilers Squeal Jordan Dips Her Toes in Sonny’s Territory
Jordan may not be serving in her usual capacity as Police Commissioner while Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is away from the city, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t worried about the security of her community. Jordan is even more determined to find the shooter now that Curtis is paralyzed and Anna is a target due to the shooting. Since no one messes with Jordan’s family, Anna is undoubtedly her best friend. Jordan is not one to tolerate wrongdoing, so the offender had better be on their guard. However, that does not imply that she will shield just anyone. She will have to decide whether her best friend is significant enough when she realizes Sonny is just as involved in this situation as Anna is.

So, it appears that Jordan is prepared to enter the world of espionage. She intends to take advantage of the sniper situation by acting like James Bond due to her alleged connections to the WSB. But this isn’t your typical hitman, let’s face it. Even Dominic Zamprogna’s Dante Falconeri is becoming entangled in the web of this unknown shooter. What does this mean specifically for him and Jordan? Will they both put their careers in jeopardy to protect Anna? Jordan’s involvement may jeopardize the integrity of our lovely detective, which is something Dante would prefer to avoid given his own murky past with the WSB.
Nevertheless, he is willing to take a chance with everything, and many viewers wonder if this is because he is aware that his father may also be in danger.
