According to General Hospital (GH) spoilers, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has recently been enjoying every second of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) undivided attention and has been on cloud nine. But their way of life is about to change from wedding plans and happiness to possible funeral plans and a close call. People are already turning up dead near Ava Jerome (Maura West), and it now seems that they will begin doing the same near Sonny. Although Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is aware that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Sonny don’t fit the crime this time around, the fact that his father had a meeting with Gordon Stevens (Maurice Benard) just hours before Dex discovered Gordon’s death troubles him.
Sonny might find himself in a bit of a pickle if there is no way to connect Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) death to it, and Nina will notice.
She doesn’t have warm feet for walking down the aisle as she observes Sonny’s frequent meetings with Ava, which neither of them will discuss with her.

General Hospital Updates – Ava Jerome Knows More Than She’s Letting On
It won’t take Nina long to notice her best friend’s frazzled nerves and erratic eye contact, and before long, Nina will be pleading with Ava for information.
Will AbA tell Nina the whole truth and explain to her why she has recently become so close to Sonny? It is unlikely. Furthermore, for Nina’s own safety, the mob boss will probably insist that she be kept out of it.
Ava is in no position to oppose him at this point, and she also doesn’t want to endanger Nina, even if doing so might lead her to believe that Sonny and his ex-girlfriend are involved in something else entirely.
Nina’s Ultimatum
When Nina discovers Sonny meeting up with Ava when he was supposed to be somewhere else, she will be convinced she is on to something.
Will she turn to Austin in an effort to tell him what she believes to be the truth? Although Nina is unlikely to turn on Ava given that her friend knows what she did to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Nina simply cannot accept this.
