Fans of Emmerdale are certain that Rhona Goskirk, given the tragic plot with baby Ivy, is going to leave the village.
Fans of Emmerdale believe they have deduced that Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) may be departing the village because of a depressing plot point involving baby Ivy. Rhona has been struggling to let go of little Ivy since Gus returned, following his battle with mental health following the death of his wife last year.
Since Rhona and Gus created the embryo through in vitro fertilization years ago, Ivy is biologically Rhona’s child. However, Rhona has no control over Ivy because she was carried and born by Gus’s late wife.
Rhona ran away crying when Gus told her that he was going to take Ivy permanently and find them a new home.
Later on, Rhona pulled herself together, but it was obvious that she objected to Gus removing Ivy. She admitted that she already “loves” Ivy to her husband, Mark Charnock’s character Marlon Dingle.
Supporters of X, formerly known as Twitter, conjectured that Rhona might take a “stupid” action, such as escaping with Ivy. “Rhona is breaking my heart #emmerdale,” someone wrote on social media.
“There is only one way for Rhona and Ivy’s situation to end. terrible. #emmerdale,” an unsettling fan posted. One more guess: “I believe there will be a storyline in which Rhona vanishes along with the baby. Really, FFS. One concerned spectator wrote, “#Emmerdale of course it’s bl**dy obvious Rhona’s gonna do something really REALLY stupid,” alongside the hashtag “#emmerdale.”
“Rhona needs professional help at this point as we know she snatches Ivy at the end of the week,” hypothesized a fifth. “#Emmerdale” They will have to wait and see what comes next from Rhona. In the meantime, Marlon and Gus are in the Woolpack pub having a pint and trying to work things out. They are discussing “co-parenting” Ivy, the baby.
Charity Dingle might be hiding a secret illness somewhere, and Tracy Robinson was crying because Nate Robinson had stormed off after they had argued about their family circumstances. Tracy withheld her affair with his uncle Caleb, whose divorced wife Ruby has returned to the picture. This could mean more difficulties down the road for the Dingle family.
