However, when Cain unexpectedly returns home, Moira chooses not to disclose the news about her upcoming operation.
While Cain is in the shower, Moira receives a phone call from Debbie, who delivers the devastating news that Zak has passed away. Cain is left with the difficult task of breaking the news to the rest of the family.
