Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) is left fearing for her family in upcoming EastEnders scenes as a feud breaks out between the Panesars and the Mitchells.
Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) is left in a terrifying situation next week when she is left injured after refusing to have romance with much older Mason.
After already deceiving Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Kahn Levy) into believing that Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman) is the secret boy she’s been seeing, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) thinks he knows who’s responsible when Avani comes home hurt and upset.
“His initial reaction is one of complete heartbreak that his daughter is in pain, and his top priority is to comfort her. However, knowing Ravi’s character, we can expect that chaos is about to unfold,” teased actor Aaron Thiara.
Believing that Barney is responsible for Avani’s troubles, Ravi resolves to teach him a lesson.
“His primary motivation is to force Barney to confess,” Aaron explained.
“Even though Barney is telling the truth, this only infuriates Ravi more because he thinks he’s lying. As the situation escalates, Ravi becomes increasingly embroiled in this chaotic interrogation.”
As Ravi makes a spectacle of Barney, Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian) jumps in to defend him, and the two fathers come to blows.
Avani races to the scene and forces Ravi to give up on his plan, but it is too late for Ravi and Teddy, as they square up to each other outside the cafe, before the police arrive.
Later, Teddy confides in Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) that he has a plan to get back at Ravi…
He’s not the only one seeking revenge, as the Panesars soon find themselves discussing how to retaliate against the Mitchells.
However, Suki steps in, insisting she doesn’t want any more of her family behind bars, especially after already losing sons Jags and Kheerat.
As a compromise, Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) suggests that he and Suki reach out to Teddy, leading to a meeting at the café. Will they manage to resolve their differences, or are the two families on the brink of a full-blown war?
