Lauren was trampled and suffered crush injuries, and she is still in the process of recovering. On Monday night, viewers saw her wincing and holding her side, while her partner, Peter Beale, urged her to take it easy.
He was clearly worried as she cried out in pain, admitting that she couldn’t do much without needing painkillers. Although she insisted she was fine, it was evident, weeks after the incident, that she was not.
This pattern continued in Tuesday’s episode when she experienced more pain. Peter encouraged her to seek medical help, concerned that there might be more serious issues at play. Despite her visible agony, Lauren seemed to brush off his concerns. Peter was then heard expressing to others that Lauren was struggling and that he was anxious about her injuries.
Fans have taken to social media to share their theories about the recent scenes, with many believing they hint at a concerning new storyline involving Lauren. They are convinced that her pain may indicate a deeper issue.
