Dev Alahan has been dealing with Corrie Street’s Bernie Winter’s mayhem in Weatherfield for weeks, and their relationship may be over thanks to her latest business endeavour.
On upcoming Coronation Street episodes, Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) finds Bernie (Jane Hazelgrove) setting up a massage table when he gets home.
Naturally, Dev is astounded to see Bernie launching a new business in his home and confronts her.
Bernie says she discovered it in a skip and intends to utilise it to make a little money.
She is adamant that nothing can go wrong, but anything with Bernie is never an easy process.
After arguing over her interest in the paranormal, Bernie and Dev are already at odds.
In recent moments, Dev and his family were joined by Bernie and her son Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) to honour Sunita.
In a picture they took, Asha (Tanisha Gorey) observed a bubble of light hanging above her. Bernie says it’s a human spirit.
Dev promptly rejects her idea, but later Aadi (Adam Hussain) realises that a photo of him and Asha was changed.
Bernie again argues that Sunita’s ghost may have moved the photograph so it is now facing the image of Sunita.
Dev, who is enraged, demands she stop talking about supernatural things and inquires as to what she stands to gain.
Could it soon be the end for the couple since Bernie is stretching the boundaries of their relationship?
Fans, on the other hand, appear to believe that Courtney Vance (Stephanie Davis) and her husband Darren (Ryan Early), recent arrivals, have plans to defraud the Alahans and that Bernie is the least of their concerns.
Aadi was asked to look after Courtney, and she soon seduced them, leading to their ongoing covert relationship.
However, viewers believe this is a scheme to extort money from Aadi and Dev and force them to go broke.
Candid-Way-639 said on Reddit: “What if Amy discovers she and her husband are attempting to con Aadi and his father, and Courtney blackmails her to remain quiet, or Amy somehow takes the blame for Aadi? In either case, Aadi and Amy will undoubtedly get together over the holidays.
According to Suspicious_Snow2792, “I’ve actually had this thought, and all the actor’s interviews are trying to make us think that they are in love, but it’s actually a scam.”
