Next week in EastEnders, revenge takes center stage as the volatile Ravi Gulati (Aaron Gulati) sets out to make Barney Mitchell pay for being wrongly accused.
Avani (Aaliyah James) finds herself in a race against time to prevent Ravi from crossing the line, but the question remains: will she be brave enough to reveal the truth about the situation and the pressure she’s been under?
There’s also vengeance as the Panesar and Mitchell feud takes shape, and in a night of chaos, Teddy (Roland Manookian) takes action – but how will Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) fight back?
He won’t take it lying down!
Harry is also focused on Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), tightening the screws as the blackmail intensifies.
Meanwhile, in Walford, Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) faces more distress as she attempts to explain yet another injury. However, it won’t be long before Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) uncovers the harsh truth behind the situation.
Monday October 21
Nugget spots Avani texting a mysterious boy, and she pleads with him to keep it a secret. Later, Ravi takes Avani’s phone and enlists Priya’s help to access it.
Priya reassures him that there’s no cause for concern, as Avani has confided in her that she’s dating Barney.
Ravi ultimately decides against checking Avani’s messages and later returns her phone before she secretly heads out to meet Mason on Edward Road.
During their meeting, Avani tells Mason that she won’t sleep with him, but he responds by telling her to leave, resulting in her getting a busted lip.
Meanwhile, Ravi and Priya share a charged moment at Walford East, just before an upset Avani returns to the Square, where Ravi notices her distress. Avani tries to cover up her injury, but Ravi becomes convinced that Barney is responsible and resolves to teach him a lesson.
In another part of Walford, Penny and Harry escalate their blackmail of Jack, who later confronts them at The Arches, with Harry insisting that Jack must agree to his demands by the end of the week. Shortly after, Jack shares a troubling discovery with Penny.
Alfie’s early return from Birmingham catches Kat off guard, prompting her to hide her injury from him.
When Alfie notices Kat’s bruise, she fabricates a story, claiming she got it from a wild night out with Stacey. However, he quickly uncovers the truth after talking to Stacey at The Vic.
Kat becomes furious with Tommy for using her credit card without her permission, especially since she has already lied to Alfie about it. Unbeknownst to them, Alfie has been eavesdropping and decides to confront them for answers.
Tuesday October 22
Teddy and Ravi clash as Ravi opts to create a scene involving Barney. Avani rushes to the location and demands that Ravi abandon his plans. Outside the café, tensions rise as Teddy and Ravi confront each other just as the police arrive.
Later, Teddy reaches out to Harry with a strategy to retaliate against Ravi.
Following some probing from Alfie, Kat ultimately confesses that it was Tommy who caused her injury.
Later, the Moons and Freddie gather for a meal, but chaos quickly erupts when an altercation between Tommy and Freddie escalates.
In The Arches, Penny confronts Harry but he is quick to settle her concerns.
Harry retaliates and tells Jack that the blackmail deadline has moved forward to tomorrow as a result…
Wednesday October 23
Kat and Alfie are left reeling from a night of chaos, yet Kat keeps making excuses for Tommy’s behavior.
Meanwhile, Freddie finds himself in the hot seat with the Slaters, as Jean starts to suspect that he’s hiding a secret about Kat.
At Walford East, the Panesars come to terms with last night’s events. Later, Teddy attempts to make an alienated Barney feel more included in the family – but his efforts fall flat and Barney makes a decision…Â
At The Arches, Jack reluctantly agrees to turn a blind eye to Harry’s dodgy dealings.
Thursday October 24
The Panesars discuss their options for taking revenge on the Mitchells, but Suki intervenes, expressing her desire to keep her family out of prison.
Nish decides that he and Suki should contact Teddy, and they arrange to meet him at the café.
Meanwhile, Harry becomes curious when he overhears Barney on the phone, but both he and Teddy are concerned by what they uncover.
