EastEnders has revealed Bianca Jackson’s fate after her intense confrontation with killer Reiss Colwell.
Reiss (Jonny Freeman), the sinister accountant, attacked Bianca (Patsy Palmer) in the final moments of Wednesday’s episode.
For weeks, Bianca had suspected that Reiss was responsible for the death of his comatose wife, Debbie, and her fears were confirmed. However, her sister Sonia (Natalie Cassidy), who is Reiss’s partner, is still in prison, wrongly accused of the crime.
In the latest episode, viewers saw Reiss covered in blood as he carried a suitcase, but it was soon revealed that he had not committed another murder. While Bianca is still alive, she is now held captive by Reiss in a locked room.
Bianca, trying to fight back, threw objects at Reiss, but it was soon clear she was chained to the wall. She warned him to let her go before they both did something they’d regret.
Reiss revealed his twisted plan: he intends to keep her locked up until Sonia is released from prison. Meanwhile, the suitcase contained supplies such as a kettle, fridge, and salad.
When Bianca requested to use the toilet, Reiss handed her a bucket. In retaliation, she threw it at him, hitting him in the back. Reiss, looking angry but calm, told her, “I’m sorry you did that. I’m going now. I’ll give you time to reflect, and hopefully, you’ll realize I’m not the monster you think I am.”
Earlier this year, Reiss horrified viewers when he murdered his wife Debbie to stop paying for her care. Bianca has never trusted Reiss and is determined to bring him to justice, but with the latest developments, this mission now seems even harder.
