1. Jean makes a new friend
Jean struggles with guilt after reporting Tommy to social services. Despite Alfie reassuring her that she did the right thing, things take a turn when Elaine pushes her for details, leaving Jean feeling overwhelmed. In her distress, she accidentally upsets Kojo. Wanting to make amends, Jean reaches out, and the two end up forming a connection.
2. Kathy and Suki slip up
As the police reopen their investigation into the events of Christmas night, Nish overhears a conversation between Suki and Kathy. Sensing there’s more to the story, his curiosity is piqued. Convinced he’s onto something significant, Nish begins digging deeper into the matter.
3. The police turn up the pressure
Nish catches Suki and Kathy reviewing their Christmas night statements and quickly suspects something is amiss. Although the women insist they have nothing to hide, Nish refuses to back down. Determined to uncover the truth, he insists on accompanying them to the police station. Once there, both Nish and the women face renewed questioning about the events of that night.
4. Nish knows the terrible truth
Nish confronts Suki, leaving her horrified as he reveals that he knows the truth about Christmas. At his insistence, Suki brings the women together, and they are stunned to discover that their secret has been exposed. Suki reassures them that she will handle the situation with Nish, but it’s clear that he is prepared to make a tough deal.
5. Shock plans for the Square
Martin is taken aback when Honey and Billy inform him that the council plans to redevelop the market and the Square gardens. In response, they organize a crisis meeting with the traders, where they are stunned by Ian’s disclosure regarding the full scope of the council’s plans. Tensions rise further when it becomes clear that Junior is set to receive the contract for the redevelopment project.
6. Kat and Alfie pull together
Following the turmoil with Tommy, tension still lingers between Kat and Alfie when she arrives at the Minute Mart. Alfie finds a way to comfort Kat about the situation, and they eventually decide to go to The Vic together. The question remains: can the ex-couple move past their issues for the sake of their family?
7. Jean and Harvey make up
Following Kathy’s suggestion, Harvey prepares a meal for Jean and eagerly awaits her arrival at home, unaware that she is already dining with Kojo. After deciding to consult Kathy again, Harvey soon finds himself in a different situation. Meanwhile, Kojo and Jean have a heartfelt conversation about Harvey, leading to a reconciliation between Jean and Harvey. However, when Kojo shows up with a gift for Jean, Harvey quietly slips away to see Kathy again.
8. Avani gives Nish a grilling
Avani is clearly still shaken by the fallout from her encounter with the older boy, Mason, last week, which caused tension between her family and the Mitchells. Although she tries to maintain a brave face, her worries grow as she becomes increasingly concerned about what’s happening with Nish and Suki. This leads her to confront her granddad with some tough questions.

It’s Halloween at The Vic, and Elaine is excited to host the pub’s annual celebration. As the locals come together to join in the festivities, Elaine asks Kojo to wear George’s costume, and he gladly agrees. However, unbeknownst to the landlady, tensions are starting to simmer beneath the surface…
