Belle Dingle, Sam Dingle and Cain Dingle were left in pieces, as they found out their beloved father had passed away. Soon the rest of the Dingles and then the village found out, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.
The Dingle family came together to support one another as they mourned Zak. Two members decided to leave the village temporarily to bring their father back home.
Zak had been staying in Scotland with his granddaughter Debbie Dingle, and Cain had visited him recently. However, shortly after returning, Cain received the heartbreaking news from Debbie that Zak had passed away.
Cain and his brother Sam set off for Scotland to be with Debbie and bring their father back to the Dales, with his funeral set to air later this week.
As the villagers gathered to offer condolences, Belle and the family were overwhelmed with cards, flowers, and kind messages. In the final moments of the episode, Sam and Cain bid farewell and began their journey.
