Next week on Emmerdale, everything is at stake, especially for Moira and Cain Dingle (Natalie J Robb and Jeff Hordley).
Cain is consumed with despair, feeling certain that he’s about to lose his beloved wife. This leads him down a dark path, with his time during her surgery spent in increasingly troubling ways.
The big question remains: what will happen to Moira, and will Cain be there for her in her moment of need?
Meanwhile, Kim Tate (Claire King) becomes the target of a mysterious hooded figure, with even more twists on the horizon.
Speaking of twists, Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) is left reeling as she faces some shocking surprises from her estranged father and daughter.
It’s shaping up to be a dramatic week—here’s what’s coming up!
Monday November 18
Ruby is left speechless when she comes face to face with her estranged daughter and decides to send Caleb away so they can have a private confrontation. Ruby is shaken when Steph reveals she’s been in contact with Helen.
As Ruby presses her daughter for answers about her relationship with Helen, Steph lashes out, criticizing Ruby for the dysfunctional childhood she provided. Pushed to her limit, Ruby snaps and slaps Steph in response.
Despite Ruby’s heartfelt apologies, she is left heartbroken when Steph walks away, accusing her mother of never caring about her. A vulnerable Caleb opens up to Chas, admitting he can’t bear to lose Steph again, and finds the strength to push forward.
Caleb later finds Ruby trying to convince herself that Steph had a happy childhood, but he reassures her, telling her that Steph will eventually come around. However, Ruby is still hiding something from him.
Brenda is taken aback when Pollard reveals his plans for a Christmas wedding.
In an effort to mend things with Steph, Caleb offers Jai a job, but Jai rejects the offer. Laurel steps in, urging Jai to set aside his pride and accept Caleb’s proposition.
Tuesday November 19
Moira remains resigned to the possibility of the worst as she prepares for her operation, while Cain struggles to cope with the looming threat of losing her. Tormented and alone in the garage, he finds it difficult to face an uncertain future without her.
Meanwhile, Caleb and Ruby are shocked to see Steph leaving the B&B with Ross. Caleb quickly confronts her about Ross and then offers her a partnership at the Depot, which she reluctantly agrees to.
Steph eventually agrees to have a coffee with Ruby, and just when it seems like they’re starting to make progress in their relationship, Ruby’s father, Anthony, unexpectedly shows up at the café. Ruby is stunned to realize that Steph had set this up, as Anthony tries to make amends. Furious, Ruby storms out, but Caleb stops her and insists on speaking to Anthony himself.
After a heated conversation, Caleb is moved by Anthony’s sincerity and accepts a mysterious box from him, which is a gift for Ruby.
Meanwhile, Jai is stunned to learn that Steph might soon be his boss. When Ross arrives looking for work, Caleb turns him away and warns him to stay away from his daughter. However, as Jai leaves, he begins to form a plan with Ross to steal some of Caleb’s valuable stock.
Pollard proudly reveals the engagement ring he bought for Brenda at an auction, much to her delight.

However, when Ross arrives at a barn to unload the stolen goods, he is shocked to find Steph already there among the stock. She questions him about his plans, leaving Ross scrambling for an explanation.
