After suffering a stroke, Marlon Dingle from Emmerdale has been returning to his regular daily routine, with regaining his driving skills the next item on his schedule.

During tonight’s episode of the ITV soap opera Emmerdale, viewers were diverted by claims that Rhona Goskirk (played by Zoe Henry), Paddy Dingle (Dominic Brunt), and Mary Goskirk (Louise Jameson) time-traveled to save Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock).

Marlon made the decision to take a drive around the village on Tuesday’s episode in an effort to regain his confidence behind the wheel.

He told Rhona about his idea and added, “I need to get on with this, there is too much fussing with arrangements.”

Uncomfortable,”Well, my mother is in the house if you want her to go with you,” Rhona said. I could also go because I deserve a break.

Marlon mocked, “Yeah because husbands and wives driving together is always a massive success,” but he was keen to start driving.

“Just a few laps around the village will do the trick and warm me up. I’m not going to Cornwall.”

He failed to shift into gear as he started to drive away, but after a quick reminder from his wife, he drove off and cheered.

He was unable to move the automobile once it had stopped at a set of traffic lights, which caused him to lose control of the vehicle and have a panic attack while the vehicles behind him honked at him to move.

We need to leave because Marlon is stuck and having a crisis, he told Rhona who was in the Woolpack before rushing to Mary and Paddy.

The following scene shows the three arriving in a field where they discovered Marlon upset and in distress as they fled the bar.

“What happened?” enquired Rhona. “I can’t drive, it is that simple, and I’m never doing it again,” Marlon insisted.

“I don’t even have the best foot; I just have a bad foot and one that’s a little better. I don’t even have the bottle.”

Some fans said they teleported, leaving fans baffled as to how they managed to get to the pitch so swiftly.

@BallumsHouse, a user on Twitter, cried out: “Did they use the f***ing DeLorean Time Machine to get to Marlon?! #Emmerdale.”

Hashtag @Matt528chap asked: “Did Paddy, Rhona, and Mary use the Tardis to get to Marlon?”

“Omg in a blink of an eye they arrive to rescue Marlon, the secret superheroes of the village?” tweeted @MattZeeMiller. Zoom in like a flash to the rescue.

“Bloody hell Rhona, Mary, and Paddy got to Marlon quickly,” tweeted @mikepriestley13. #Emmerdale.”

Did Paddy, Mary, and Rhona teleport to Marlon’s anguish, wrote @itzzzo_? #Emmerdale.”

Well that was fucking quick, commented @Katie_Murphy776. How did they arrive in Marion in less than one second? (sic)
