In 2022, Meena Jutla is due to get her comeuppance with a “twist,” according to Emmerdale.
The serial killer’s bosses have promised “judgement day,” but little information about what she will do and when have been disclosed.
Now, soap writer Sharon Marshall has teased the impending plot while staying tight-lipped about what will happen.
As she teased on Tuesday’s This Morning, she revealed that fans can expect a small twist to air during the scenes.
“She is going to be coming back, there’s a bit more,” Sharon informed hosts Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes.

“I can tell you judgment day is coming for her,” she teased, adding, “but there might be a fun little twist on it.” She teased her comeback could be related to Billy Fletcher and Dawn Taylor’s wedding day.
It comes after Meena managed to depart the hamlet after her deadly actions were finally exposed, and bosses announced a retaliation plan.

“I believe it is safe to assume that Meena’s day of reckoning is approaching. But you’ll have to wait and see if she gets away with murder or not “Jane Hudson, the executive producer, teased The Mirror and other outlets.
“This narrative still has a few more twists and turns to offer. Some you won’t see coming, but I think we can all agree that Meena is capable of pretty much anything.”
She said, ” “But, certainly, Meena’s day of reckoning is approaching. It won’t go exactly as planned; there will be a long-term impact on many of the villagers, but I believe Meena will get what’s coming to her in the coming months.”
Meena’s return to the ITV soap will air next week, according to recent Emmerdale spoilers, as she plots deadly retribution on her love rival Dawn.
Despite the fact that she does not appear to be in or around the hamlet, she is soon arranging her return after seeing Dawn and Billy’s wedding’save the date’.
Meena wanted to kill her ex-boyfriend Billy for preferring Dawn over her, but it appears that in the following weeks she will instead focus on her love rival.
Meena looks as sinister as ever in next week’s spoilers, as she finds Dawn’s’save the date’ online and seethes at their happy news.
