Though two important people in Belle Dingle’s life won’t be present to celebrate her big day, Emmerdale viewers can still expect to see her marry partner Tom King in upcoming scenes.
As she gets ready to marry Tom King (James Chase), Emmerdale star Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) has revealed that there will be emotional scenes in the show. It’s clear that she is thinking about her parents, Zak and Lisa Dingle (Steve Halliwell and Jane Cox), as the big day draws near.
In the soap opera, Zak is presently traveling with his granddaughter in Scotland and is unable to visit the village due to a back injury. Regretfully, a special episode honoring the life of soap opera star Steve Halliwell was devoted to his passing last year.
Belle is extremely upset that neither of her parents will be able to see her as a bride because her mother Lisa passed away five years ago on the ITV soap opera. Actress Eden Taylor-Draper, however, has stated that Lisa and Zak will continue to have a special place in her life.
Sam Dingle (James Hooton), who has been spending time with Zak, gives her a letter before she walks down the aisle. She said, “Her mother Lisa wrote it before she passed away to open on the day she got married,” in an interview with Metro.
“I can’t read this now; it’s too much,” Belle thinks to herself after receiving the letter, which upsets her because it is too emotional. Rather, she chooses to conceal the letter within her bouquet and read it at a later time.
The soap opera star acknowledges When the festivities are over for the day, Belle reads it. Eden went on, “I can’t imagine getting something like that, but the letter is so beautiful and emotional.
Something extremely valuable that had been stored securely for that momentous occasion. That someone would do that is such a poignant and priceless moment.
Eden is aware that her family adores her new partner, but they have only ever seen a portion of him; the majority of the public is unaware of his darker side.
The actress hinted that something happens between Belle and Tom after their wedding, making her doubt if she made the right decision in marrying him.
This week’s episode featured the couple having a combined hen and stag do with friends and family.
Upon returning home, Belle acknowledged that she had been making fun of them for possibly having bad luck because Tom had seen her wedding gown.
Tom brutally attacked her gown, calling it “cheap,” instead of allaying her fears and offering to buy a new one.
Even though it was only a passing remark, viewers quickly picked up on the jab and became concerned for Belle and Tom’s future together.
“Run,” @thomas_matthewj continued, “is my one word for Belle.”
As @cassam101 said: “Tom wants to choose her dress now. Run, Belle, and don’t turn around. #emmerdale
“Does Belle not know she is marrying into HELL?” asked @Momrocks50.
With the tweet “Anyone find Tom odd?” from @ko0bf4c3. As though he would mistreat Belle or something? I dunno, there definitely seems to be something strange about him.
