Tina Dingle has disclosed the real motive behind her dramatic return to Emmerdale after 28 years, and it wasn’t to attend her father’s funeral.

The troublemaker, now portrayed by actress Samantha Power in the ITV soap, made her unexpected comeback last week…

She showed up at her dad Zak’s funeral, causing a scene that ended with her face down in the mud before being hauled off by police for violating her probation.

In today’s episode, Tina returned without her ankle monitor, aiming to provoke Mandy.

After learning that Vinny’s girlfriend lived at Home Farm, Tina tried to stir things up, teasing Mandy about her “interests around here.”

Mandy responded: “If you’re talking about the house again, my uncle Zak made his wishes perfectly clear…”

“Prove it,” Tina snapped in return.

“I’m family, and he left it to family,” she asserted.

“Besides, who says we’re only talking about the house? Trying to boss me around again.

“Maybe I’ve come to claim everything that’s mine. Vinny is such a sweet boy. It breaks my heart thinking about all I’ve missed out on.”

“What’s mine is mine. My house, my son.”

Mandy broke down in tears as the shocking truth came to light—Tina was Paul’s ex and is, in fact, Vinny’s biological mother.

But will Mandy reveal the secret to the rest of the Dingle family? And is Tina planning to stick around for good?

Actress Samantha Power stepped into the role 28 years after the original star, Jacqueline Pirie, left the soap.

Pirie transitioned to a career as an author and relocated to Canada.
