Spoilers and speculations regarding General Hospital tease Selina Wu (Lydia Look) is already aware that Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) may be connected to Pikeman or another spy organization.
She huffed and puffed and threatened to blow up Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) family’s home if he didn’t sell her The Savoy, but she swiftly backed down!
General Hospital Spoilers: Is He Running From The Mob Or His Schizophrenia?
There were several months of concealment when Marshall first arrived in town as a mystery guy and began keeping an eye on Curtis and the club, to the point where Curtis recruited Selina to gather information.
That is how Curtis ended up allowing Selina to conduct the high-stakes poker game in the Savoy’s basement in the first place.
But despite all his effort and self-deception, Selina was only able to obtain information on a little period of time he spent abroad in a hotel.
However, it appears that Selina backed down after he confronted her and informed her that she would not be receiving the Savoy and that her poker game would halt.
Even though she threatened Marshall during their poker game, it would appear that Selina knew more about his past. This is what caused her to end the game.
Marshall Ashford seemed to be familiar with Sonny Corinthos on General Hospital
Even though Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) didn’t seem to know him, Marshall appeared to and didn’t like his reputation as having ties to the mob.
Before anyone realized he was Curtis’ long-lost and presumed-dead father, Sonny treated him with the utmost care, perhaps because he came across a bottle of medication he was familiar with.
Because numerous psychiatric medications are used for many conditions, it’s possible that Sonny had taken them himself when he realized that Marshall’s prescription was for schizophrenia.
However, if Marshall had remained with Pikeman throughout that time, both his illness and his decision to flee with his family may have been a ruse to hide them from the mob.
The last time Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller) tried to disturb anyone, Marshall made light work of him—after recovering from his beating, he terrified him out of town!

If Pikeman is working with the mafia or against them, that remains to be seen; nonetheless, they are mercenaries who report to a head honcho but are made up of former spies.
Whatever Selina knows about Marshall that caused her to retreat so swiftly must be due to her concern that he may be keeping tabs on her.
Marshall may not have worked for the WSB or another spy organization, but they might have utilized him because he is very knowledgeable about a lot of people.
Marshall was able to keep tabs on his family throughout the years he was away, making him a potential informant for Pikeman, the WSB, or perhaps the DEA.
And from the way he speaks, Selina should take him seriously when he tells her not to destroy his son’s club, buy it, or carry on with that poker game.
