According to GH spoilers, Mason threatened to expose Ava’s crimes unless she spied on Sonny. Mason stepped up his game and hired Betty to be Avery’s nanny because Ava wasn’t enthusiastic. The traitor in his midst was revealed to Sonny by Ava, but for the time being, nothing is being done about it. Betty is much more eager to expose Sonny. But why stop at just looking after Avery when she can approach the job from a different angle by dating Kristina, Sonny’s other daughter.
GH Spoilers Speculation: Easy Prey
Kristina (Kate Mansi) has a history of being quite disorganised. She rarely has a clear idea of what or who she wants. How challenging could it possibly be for Betty (Ella Lentini) to use charm to win Kristina over? Kristina is currently focused solely on opening her shelter and irking Molly (Brooke Anne Smith) by offering to be her surrogate. But we are aware of her short attention span. She’ll become distracted in a short while. Betty can then intervene with a charm offensive.
GH: Daddy’s Girl
A situation like that would put Sonny (Maurice Benard) in a very precarious position. He’ll be indignant that Kristina would date Betty. He won’t be able to explain why though. If he’s honest with Kristina, he and Ava (Maura West) will have revealed their hand to Mason. However, if he lies, she’ll be able to tell and will likely believe her father is being homophobic.
GH Spoilers: Mom’s the Word
Even more entertaining would be Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) lecturing Sonny about his intolerance from her perch on her Alexis high horse. Sonny will then have to choose between telling Alexis the truth or remaining silent and taking it. She will then need to invent a justification for not wanting Kristina to be with Betty.
