There will be a shocking reunion of two well-liked Home and Away characters in Summer Bay.
The 31-year-old actor Matt Little, who played VJ Patterson from 2014 to 2017, will make a cameo appearance.
Little is set to return to his role as the son of Ada Nicodemou’s beloved character, Leah Patterson-Baker.
James Stewart’s character Ada is being married to his fiancée Justin Morgan, and Little is coming back for the happy occasion.
His last appearance on TV was in 2017 when he escaped to Cyprus with his late wife Billie’s baby, Luc.
“It was amazing (reuniting with) long-time friends and it was really quite emotional to get to work with people that I haven’t worked with in a long time and I was close to,” the 31-year-old told PerthNow of his “emotional” experience making a comeback to the show.
“I simply believe I’m really fortunate to have that as my job and get to travel to some of the most breathtaking places on earth,” he continued.
He relived Palm Beach sunrises, saying, “Every time I’m up in the Northern beaches or something like that, I think about it.”
Additionally, Penny McNamee, 41, will be making a return visit to the Bay in a cameo role as Justin’s sister, the adored character Tori Morgan.
When fans last saw Tori, she was starting a new chapter in her life in London in 2021 with her daughter Grace and her recentlywed husband Christian.
On Monday, Home and Away released a preview of the wedding.
VJ was spotted leading a beaming Leah toward Justin down the aisle. Tori, meantime, was seen grinning at the event.
April is when fans can expect to see the cherished characters return to the big screen.
