Ada Nicodemou has disclosed that she has been confined to bed as a result of an injury she sustained while sneezing.
The Home and Away star said in an Instagram Stories post that she was going to head to the gym on Thursday when she sneezed, and chaos ensued.
The 45-year-old experienced what she later characterized as “excruciating pain” right afterwards.
She claimed in the video, “I couldn’t walk, couldn’t do anything, had to basically lay flat on my back.”
Ada said, “I did something, and I believe I have a bulging disc, and I don’t know when it’s going to heal.”
When the soft center of a spinal disc pushes through the outer shell, it is referred to as a bulging disc.
It can result in tingling, numbness, and weakness as well as discomfort in the legs, buttocks, and back.
Anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, bed rest, and braces are all forms of treatment.
The actress explained that she was recuperating by reading while lying in bed.

“Can anyone recommend any good novels or TV programmes to me? I need advice so that I don’t lose my mind.
