In reality, it’s impossible to navigate life alone; it’s a chaotic ride. Reaching out was the most important lesson I learned during my healing process. I dislike asking for other people’s help. Sophie recently said she is keen to return to acting, but she told Women’s Day in May that she would like to take to the stage (Sophie and Patrick pictured on Home And Away)

Sophie and Patrick have been to Italy, Scotland, Ireland, and Portugal since leaving Australia in January.

The couple currently has no intentions to create a family, according to Sophie, who recently updated fans on her endometriosis battle.

I evidently have to consider my eggs dying now that I’ll be 30!

Sophie, who recently updated fans with her endometriosis struggle, announced that the couple have no plans to start a family just yet
