Emmerdale fans have been expressing, “I knew it,” after figuring out the identity of Tina Dingle’s secret son.
As viewers of the ITV soap are aware, Tina Dingle arrived in the village last week while the Dingle family was still grieving the death of their patriarch, Zak Dingle. In Monday night’s episode, she burst into Mandy’s salon and revealed that she was staying in the village because she had some “interests.”
She indicated that she was staying to claim her share of Zak’s house, hinting that there were deeper reasons for her presence in the village. As Mandy grew increasingly worried about Tina’s words, Tina went on to threaten her cousin. She declared, “What’s mine is mine. I’ve come for my house and my son,” confirming that Vinny Dingle is, in fact, her child.
It became evident that they were concealing something, and as Mandy started to cry, Tina laid everything bare. She remarked about Vinny Dingle and how he “liked her,” which made Mandy uneasy. Tina then hinted at having missed out on time with Vinny before mentioning him as her son.
Once the revelation was made, viewers expressed their surprise, with many taking to social media to share their thoughts. On X, formerly known as Twitter, @FreakyLilReader commented, “Knew that was coming. Vinny’s real mum. #emmerdale.”
