An EastEnders star is selling her old scripts to fans after being written out of the soap 12 years ago.

Heather Trott, a beloved character known for her George Michael fandom, was portrayed by Cheryl Fergison for nearly five years. However, the actress was heartbroken when her character was killed off in 2012.

Now, at 59, Cheryl is looking to make some money by selling her decade-old scripts for £50 each, plus an additional £5 for shipping. She is also offering signed photos from her time in Walford for £5, plus postage.

A TV insider has noted that Cheryl’s attempt to sell the scripts might land her in trouble with the BBC and EastEnders bosses, as she may not legally own the copyright to the material.

This move comes after Cheryl shared an honest social media video discussing her financial struggles and her desire for more TV work. She emphasized, “What I want to put out there is the terrible misconception that we are all rich.”

She continued, “That’s far from the truth. I’ve been out of EastEnders for nearly 13 years; I left in 2012. I’ve done some jobs in between and have performed in pantomimes, including this year, but those gigs are not consistent like being in a soap.”

Cheryl added, “Unless you’re an A-lister like George Clooney, it’s tough to be wealthy. You just have to get by to keep a roof over your head.”

She explained, “Some people don’t realize that we have bills and rent to pay, just like everyone else. We take on various jobs to make ends meet. People often ask if I’m still acting and don’t understand that we have to keep our lives running.”

In another TikTok clip, Cheryl expressed her long-standing desire to participate in I’m A Celebrity, noting that ITV has never booked her for the show.

Heather Trott met a tragic end when she was murdered by Ben Mitchell, who struck her with a picture frame, causing her to fall and hit her head on the kitchen counter. At the time, Ben, played by Joshua Pascoe, was later imprisoned for his actions, despite his father Phil trying to cover up the incident.
