The former Home and Away actress paid a touching homage to the father of her two children, Phoenix, eight, and Lennon, two, in an emotional Instagram post.

Sean, a film producer, fell seriously ill after he was tested positive for Covid in January 2021.

“To dear Sean, on our 10-year wedding anniversary. We almost lost you a year ago. I remember driving down the street and my heart started breaking,” the 38-year-old wrote.

“I don’t remember a memory without you in it. Without loving you, without us laughing or surviving or dreaming or needing each other. My memories are you.”

Over the course of their decade-long marriage, she compiled a list of her favorite recollections of her spouse.

“Eating frozen cherries in Turkey, waking up at 4 am to the Cambodian sunrise, getting seasick on a boat in Seychelles, sleeping with our babies in the hospital at one day old, making movies together in the heart of Oklahoma, living through a pandemic,” she said.

“Us together, walking through life, through better or worse, in sickness and in health.”

When Sean was sick and isolated, the Australian got passionate over an Instagram story.

“COVID is real. It’s scary. And I know some people just get a cold, or they feel like they just have a cold or the flu, but some people don’t. And my husband is really fit and healthy and all the hospitals are full,” she said at the time.

Tammin surprised her family with a 10-year vow renewal after such a trying year.

Tammin’s two children, Phoenix and Lennon, were also in attendance, both dressed in white outfits.

The actress wore a lace wedding gown with floral decorations on the train and looked quite calm as she celebrated on the beach.

During the ceremony, the Australian read her vows from her phone to her husband, who stood by her side in an off-white casual suit.

The pair shared a kiss in front of all their loved ones as the vow renewal ceremony came to a close.

“Today I vow to build more memories with you,” Tammin posted on Instagram immediately after the renewal.

“To listen more and speak less. To live more and fearless, to be your safe place to fall. To love you for the rest of my life.

“You are my hero, my lover, my best friend. Forever mine. Forever thine. Forever ours.”
