In forthcoming episodes of the ITV soap opera Emmerdale, the historic storm that killed and seriously injured several villagers will be brought up as the townspeople pay tribute to Liv Flaherty and Harriet Finch.
Unexpectedly, Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) and Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) receive a guest who lashes out at them violently.
It happens as Colin Hamston, an evil character from Emmerdale (Mark Noble), makes a dramatic comeback and crashes a special monument unveiling.
In upcoming ITV soap opera scenes, Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) expresses excitement after learning that her new bus stop is complete.
She is dissatisfied by Bernice Blackstock’s (Samantha Giles) lack of enthusiasm, though.
Later, Bernice is stunned when Nicola, who is often icy, tells her the bus stop will actually be a poignant tribute to Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) and Harriet Finch (Katherine Dow Blyton).
Nicola is upset because the council let her down, but when she sees the enthusiastic response to her reveal, she regains faith in people.
Nervous Despite fumbling through her address, Nicola urges the hamlet to remember the two people who perished in the terrible storm last year.
The situation changes, though, when Laurel’s face drops as Colin pulls into the village in a speeding automobile.
a furious Colin asks that the unveiling begin again since he is furious that it has already happened without him.
After Colin gives a mediocre speech, the audience starts to disperse because they are not pleased.
Colin is angry with Laurel and Jai after seeing the video footage from the local news.
Later, Nicola is thrilled to learn that Colin’s outburst is trending online, but Laurel is worried since she suspects that their celebrations are retaliatory.
Local councilman Colin enjoys posing for pictures, but it’s certainly not what he had in mind when the reporter caught him in a negative light.
This year, Colin has made a few cameos in the dales, where he has shown himself to be a homophobic and violent figure towards his son Marshall Hamston (Max Fletcher).
When Marshall left the area last week to move in with his aunt, Colin reappeared.
