Spoilers for Monday, August 7’s episode of The Young and the Restless (Y&R) indicate that Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) tries to assist his sister Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier). Daniel thinks Summer should face charges as well because she helped her mother, Phyliss Summers (Michelle Stafford), commit a crime.
The Young and the Restless spoilers: Phyllis Balks at Deal
Red is unsure whether she wants to accept the offer made by Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell), so Daniel will go behind her back and speak with her attorney, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), who is also his ex.
Summer’s assistance to their mother is why Daniel doesn’t want her to go to jail. He begs his ex to persuade Phyllis to accept the arrangement that has been presented.
Daniel believes that Phyllis should accept a plea bargain since it will protect Summer from legal repercussions and is the best course of action available to her.
Y&R spoilers: Heather Representing Phyllis
Danny might argue with Heather and assert that accepting Christine’s offer would not be the best course of action. In any case, Heather is speaking on behalf of Phyllis, not her son.
In the meantime, Phyllis risks everything to keep herself out of jail and keep Summer safe. That is a difficult request that might not be feasible. But Phyllis has a cunning plan in mind. It’s Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) who is manipulating her.
According to spoilers, he resists Phyllis’ authority, but after meeting with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), that attitude might change, leading Tucker to turn over control of Carson (Walter Belenky) to Phyllis.
The Young and the Restless spoilers: Phyllis in the Weeds
Phyllis might be on the verge of accepting Christine’s offer when she decides against it when Carson shows up prepared to speak on her behalf. Will the EMT show up in time to stop Phyllis from accepting a plea agreement?
The Young and the Restless spoilers: Adam’s Intention
Adam approaches Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), a different blackmail victim, in the meantime. She is connected to the Tucker-related record label scandal. Fans will watch Adam threaten her with death if she disobeys orders.
Audra makes a valiant effort to get Adam to back off, but he has her where he wants her and believes he is in the driver’s seat. At Newman Media, there’s a good chance that Adam turns Audra into his tool and coerces her into following his orders. The core of Adam’s strategy might be his aim to include Newman Media into the union of Kirsten Unlimited and Andustus, therefore effectively establishing a monopoly.
Explosive show spoilers hint that Audra will be taken by surprise by Adam’s announcement and might turn back into herself to defeat the danger.
