Tina made a dramatic comeback to the Dales last week for her father Zak’s funeral, a character played by Steve Halliwell, whose death off-screen prompted his body to be brought back to the village from Scotland.
Last seen in the Dales in 1996 when she was played by Jacqueline Pirie, Tina’s return for Zak’s farewell caused quite a stir. Her presence created turmoil among the Dingles, especially when she started throwing insults and audaciously claimed ownership of the family home.
Despite being under police watch, Tina reappeared in Monday’s episode (October 21), revealing that she is Vinny’s biological mother, a character adopted by Mandy and portrayed by Bradley Johnson.
Following this shocking revelation, viewers are predicting that Tina’s storyline may take a dark turn, with speculation that she could commit murder against a fellow villager—potentially a family member.
Fans have flocked to the internet to share their theories, suggesting that Tina may kill Tom King, portrayed by James Chase, who is her brother-in-law and has been wreaking havoc for the Dingles after abusing his wife Belle, played by Eden Taylor-Draper, earlier this year.
